Nội dung kiểm tra tập trung vào quy trình giao nhận, chế biến thực phẩm; hồ sơ, sổ sách, các quyết định liên quan đến công tác bán trú; công tác lưu mẫu thức ăn hằng ngày và đặc biệt là vệ sinh môi trường trong, ngoài khu vực bếp ăn.

Bên cạnh đó, đoàn kiểm tra việc tính ăn trên phần mềm HanoiCheck, qua đó đánh giá hiệu quả ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin trong quản lý và tổ chức ăn bán trú tại nhà trường.

KẾT QUẢ KIỂM TRA: Đoàn ghi nhận và đánh giá cao công tác tổ chức, quản lý bán trú của Trường Mầm non Cổ Loa, đặc biệt trong việc thực hiện các yêu cầu về an toàn thực phẩm, vệ sinh môi trường và ứng dụng CNTT.

Đây là hoạt động kiểm tra thường xuyên, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng công tác nuôi dưỡng – chăm sóc trẻ, để mỗi bữa ăn của các con luôn an toàn, đủ chất và trọn vẹn yêu thương.

CO LOA KINDERGARTEN RECEIVES HIGH APPRECIATION FOR ITS SCHOOL CATERING SERVICES

Friday, September 11, 2026, Co Loa Kindergarten was honored to welcome a delegation of leaders and representatives from relevant agencies and organizations to inspect the school's catering and meal service operations.

The inspection focused on the food receiving and preparation process; catering-related records, documents and official decisions; and the daily retention of food samples, with particular attention given to environmental hygiene in and around the kitchen areas.

The delegation also inspected the meal calculation process using the HanoiCheck software, assessing the application of information technology in the management and organization of school meal services.

INSPECTION RESULT: The delegation highly appreciated the school's organization and management of its catering services, particularly its implementation of requirements related to food safety, environmental hygiene and the application of information technology.

This regular inspection contributes to improving the quality of children's nutrition and care, ensuring that every meal served to the children is safe, nutritious and prepared with care and love.
